PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT: Sales of all agronomy components within the location.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Sales of Seed, Fertilizer, Crop Protection, R2G products, Aerial, Yield Advantage, Grid Sampling, Custom Application
• Service and follow up after all sales
• Year around Relationship building with the current and prospect customer base
• Promotion of the Aurora Cooperative as a valued partner to the customer base
• Inventory management of all products handled

OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS

• Seasonal in-field scouting and visibility on the farm to earn trust and credibility with the customer

REQUIREMENTS

• Class A CDL
• HazMat endorsement

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High School diploma
• Associates degree or higher preferred
• 2 years of sales experience preferred
