Job summary

CHS Inc. is seeking an Agronomy Operations Specialist in Loomis, Nebraska. You will perform general labor tasks, prepare trucks/railcars, and help load/unload agricultural inputs while maintaining safety and quality.

The role requires 1+ year of Operations experience, a High School diploma or GED, and a CDL with Hazmat endorsement preferred. Candidates should be able to operate loaders and other equipment, and work extended hours during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Operations and/or Business Operations.
• Pre-employment screening may be required depending on job requirements and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general labor responsibilities under supervision.
• Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading and assist with sampling and hoses.
• Load and unload agricultural inputs from railcars and trucks using machinery.
• Maintain inventory quality and monitor load-out functions.
• Deliver products to customer sites and assist with safe, efficient operations.
