Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent planning to attend or currently attending a 2- or 4-year college/university.
• No experience required, but an interest or major in agriculture is preferred.
• Must be able to walk fields and conduct visual inspections of crops.

Responsibilities

• Support sales team through crop scouting and in-field training.
• Assist with monitoring crop growth and development during the season.
• Perform duties as assigned to support operations and customer service.
