Ideal candidates are high school graduates planning to attend or currently enrolled in college, with an interest in agriculture. No prior experience required, but you can expect to lift 50 pounds, walk fields, and travel as needed while working weekends.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent planning to attend or currently enrolled in a 2- or 4-year college/university, in good academic standing
• No experience required, but interest or major in agriculture is preferred
• Must be able to walk fields and conduct visual inspections of crops
• Self-managed, goal-oriented with good communication and time-management skills
• Ability to work hours beyond normal, including weekends
• Must have a valid driver's license and ability to travel independently as needed
• Background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle checks may be required
• Able to lift 50 pounds or more and work in dusty, hot, or loud conditions

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team through crop scouting and field assessments
• Inform farmers on crop growth and development during the season
• Gain hands-on experience by applying in-field training and shadowing a salesperson
• Present project outcomes to management and participate in related duties
