Job summary

Kanza Cooperative Association in Kansas seeks a motivated Agronomy Intern to gain hands-on experience in agronomy operations, crop inputs, customer service, and cooperative business during a paid summer internship.

You’ll assist with daily field activities, learn safe product handling, and participate in training opportunities while mentored by experienced professionals.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a 2- or 4-year degree in agronomy, crop science, agriculture, ag business, soil science, plant science, or related field.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a cooperative setting.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation.
