Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a 2-year or 4-year degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Feed Science, Ag Business, or a related field.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a feed mill environment with dust, noise, moving equipment, and varying temperatures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Previous agricultural, feed mill, farm, or customer service experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily feed mill operations, production, and customer service.
• Support feed mill staff with mixing, packaging, loading, unloading, and product handling.
• Help handle feed, grain, ingredients, and related products in a safe and efficient manner.
• Learn basic inventory practices, equipment procedures, and feed mill safety expectations.
• Participate in training, professional development, and hands-on learning opportunities.
• Work with experienced feed mill professionals to gain practical agricultural industry experience.
