Job summary

GROWMARK FS LLC is recruiting a Crop Specialist in East Berlin, PA to drive turf and crop input sales. You will execute marketing plans, develop sales strategies, and build profitable customer relationships in the local territory.

The role requires field travel, strong communication, and knowledge of agronomy products. You will promote credit programs, quote prices, and coordinate product delivery to patron locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an Associate’s Degree in agriculture, marketing, or business or equivalent.
• 2+ years of related sales/marketing experience in production agriculture.
• Willingness to travel daily within the trade area; occasional overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Implement marketing plans and develop sales strategies for the territory.
• Meet sales goals and manage customer relationships and credit terms.
• Provide agronomic recommendations and schedule product delivery/application.
• Maintain knowledge of marketplace and competition; conduct patron meetings.
