Job summary

Keystone Cooperative, Inc. is seeking a general backup to Applicators in Williamsport, Indiana. The role covers maintaining lots, receiving and delivering product, grounds upkeep, and equipment compliance. You will assist with outbound and inbound Agronomy products and operate trucks to service equipment.

Responsibilities include safety adherence, equipment maintenance, record-keeping, and seasonal extended hours. A CDL is preferred and driving history should be acceptable.

Qualifications

• CDL preferred or ability to obtain Ag CDL.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management and judgment in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude with high energy and attention to detail.
• Customer service oriented and a team player.
• Ability to work extended hours during busy seasons.
• Territory knowledge is a plus; Hazmat endorsement a plus.
• Must have acceptable driving history.

Responsibilities

• Assist with outbound and inbound Agronomy products.
• Operate tender trucks to provide product to equipment.
• Ensure safety compliance.
• Assist in equipment maintenance and facility grounds upkeep.
• Communicate daily activities to location manager.
• Prepare and maintain records per regulations and procedures.
• May assist in measuring inventory of fertilizers and chemicals.
• Serve as a backup to Applicators.
