Job summary

Keystone Cooperative, Inc. in Indiana is seeking a general backup to the Applicators. The role supports inbound/outbound agronomy products, operates tender trucks, and assists with equipment maintenance.

The position requires safety compliance, strong communication, and the ability to work extended hours during busy seasons. The successful candidate will participate in housekeeping, inventory checks of fertilizers and chemicals, and daily reporting to the location manager.

Qualifications

• CDL preferred or ability to obtain Ag CDL.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have a high sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service oriented and a team player.
• Ability to manage time and priorities effectively.
• Hazmat endorsement a plus and driving history acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Assist with outbound and inbound Agronomy products.
• Operate tender trucks to provide product to equipment.
• Ensure safety compliance.
• Assist in equipment maintenance.
• Grounds maintenance and facility upkeep including mowing and spraying weeds.
• Communicate daily activities to the location manager.
• Prepare and maintain records per regulations and procedures.
• May assist in measuring inventory of dry fertilizer and chemicals.
• Serve as a backup to Applicators.
