Job summary

Ag Partners is seeking an Agronomy Admin & Operations Assistant to join the Stewartville Agronomy team. You will support customers, employees and daily operations while helping ensure the location runs smoothly and safely.

Key duties include handling invoicing, assisting walk-in customers, coordinating with sales/ops, and supporting planning for ground and aerial applications. CDL with Tanker/HazMat endorsements and a Custom Applicator License are preferred.

Qualifications

• Three years of agronomy operations experience or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, prioritization, and time management skills.
• CDL with Tanker and HazMat endorsements preferred.
• Custom Applicator License preferred.
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Serve as go-to resource for the location, handling customer service, invoicing and payments.
• Support Sales Agronomist activities and assist with customer orders and prepays.
• Coordinate with sales/operations to ensure product availability for customers.
• Assist with planning and executing agronomy operations, including ground and aerial applications.
