Ag Partners in Stewartville, MN, is hiring an Agronomy Admin & Operations Assistant to support customers, employees, and daily agronomy operations. You will handle phones, walk-in customers, invoicing, and payments while coordinating with sales and operations to ensure timely product availability.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and adaptability, with a CDL and HazMat endorsements preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing operational needs with minimal supervision.
• Three years of agronomy operations experience or demonstrated ability.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the go-to resource for the location, handling phones, greeting customers, invoicing, and processing payments.
• Support Sales Agronomist activities by assisting walk-in customers and invoicing.
• Coordinate with sales and operations staff to ensure products are available and ready on time.
• Support Finance processes including inventory receipts and reconciliations.
• Assist with planning agronomy operations including ground and aerial applications.
