Job summary

SiteOne Landscape Supply, LLC is seeking a Business Development Manager - Agronomics to drive new customer growth and expand margins within turf-care accounts across the assigned territory. You will work with field support, branches, and manufacturers to deliver turf management, fertility, and product solutions tailored to customer needs.

The role targets lawn care operators, landscape contractors, golf courses, and sports turf managers, with travel between Tampa and Orlando.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in agronomic sales, turfgrass management, or related customer-facing role.
• New customer sales experience including prospecting, account conversion, and profitable growth preferred.
• Hands-on experience recommending or selling turf fertility and control products.
• Degree in agronomy, turfgrass management, horticulture, business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build a new-business pipeline through targeted prospecting and account prioritization.
• Assess fertility and control programs with customers and manufacturer partners.
• Sell fertilizers, herbicides, fungicides, and insecticides with profitability focus.
• Coordinate orders, fulfillment, and issue resolution with sales support and branches.
• Track pipeline, conversions, and gross profit growth using SiteOne tools.
• Maintain agronomic expertise through manufacturer-led product training.
