Job summary

Vylor seeks a motivated Technical Learning Solutions Content Development Intern to help transform complex technical information into practical learning tools for the R&D organization. You will work with TLS to convert knowledge into capability using tools like Adobe, Canvas, Articulate RISE, Synthesia, and Biorender.

The internship emphasizes agricultural science, communication, and education, with opportunities to gain graphic, video, and instructional design experience.

Qualifications

• Student enrolled in classes the semester following the internship
• Demonstrated skill in visual art such as illustration, photography, video creation, or graphic design
• Experience with AI-assisted content creation and editing tools is a plus
• Must relocate to Indianapolis, IN for the duration of the internship
• Full-time availability (40 hours/week) for 10-12 weeks (May–Aug) is required
• Proficiency with Adobe products and common MS apps (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams)
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a project group

Responsibilities

• Convert information into practical learning tools using adult education design principles
• Collaborate with TLS team members to create educational content
• Assist with graphic elements needed for materials
• Support development of learning experiences for adults
• Learn to translate technical concepts into clear training materials
