Job summary

Vylor, Inc. seeks a Technical Learning Solutions Content Development Intern to build educational content that enhances our R&D capability.

The role involves turning technical information into practical learning tools for adult learners, working with TLS team members and using tools like Adobe, Canvas, Articulate Rise, Synthesia, and Biorender. Ideal candidates are undergraduate or graduate students in visual art or science with an interest in agriculture, capable of graphic design, photography,

Qualifications

• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• Undergraduate or graduate student pursuing visual art or science (or science communications) with an interest in agriculture
• Demonstrated skill in visual art such as illustration, photography, video creation, and/or graphic design
• Preferred experience with AI-assisted content creation tools and editing software
• Must relocate to Indianapolis, IN for duration of internship
• Must be able to work full-time (40 hours/week) for 10-12 weeks (May–August, or Jan–Aug for right candidate)
• Proficiency in Adobe products and common Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams)
• Strong written and oral communication, relationship-building, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Create educational content using various software packages to support adult learning
• Convert complex technical information into practical learning tools for stakeholders
• Collaborate with TLS team members on instructional design and visual elements
