Job summary

LandMark Implement in Holdrege, NE offers an IT internship designed to expose students to enterprise network operations within the agriculture industry. You will support the Information Technology team by addressing hardware and software needs, and assist with documentation, monitoring, and dashboards.

Selected interns will complete a summer project aligned with their degree, with a potential for a second-year internship and a $1000 scholarship, paid after class registration.

Qualifications

• College students in their second year of a two-year degree
• Desire to work in Agriculture and Information Technology
• Ability to speak and write effectively one-on-one and in groups
• Strong work ethic with teamwork and customer service
• Students with research and development experience
• Excellent written and verbal communications at business and technical levels
• Willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Assist with documentation updates, network monitoring, and dashboard creation
• Shadow incident and request tickets with daily tasks of the network team
• Function as an entry-level network team member and support daily operations
• Learn how an enterprise network functions
• Ensure regular system maintenance and minor upgrades per change policy
• Assist in project research and other tasks to support the team
• Create technical documentation for all network systems
• Handle special projects and other duties as assigned
