Kenowa Hills Public Schools is launching an exciting new Agriscience and FFA program as part of our continued investment in innovative, future-focused learning opportunities for students. With recently approved bond funding and access to district land, this position offers a unique opportunity to design, build, and grow a program from the ground up—connecting students to real-world experiences in agriculture, environmental science, and skilled trades. This is more than a teaching position—it is an opportunity to create a legacy program that connects classroom learning to careers, community partnerships, and hands‑on experiences.
The Agriscience Teacher & FFA Advisor will develop and deliver a dynamic, hands‑on instructional program aligned to Michigan standards while building a strong FFA chapter that promotes leadership, citizenship, and career readiness. The ideal candidate is an innovative educator who thrives in a flexible, student‑centered environment and is excited to design authentic learning experiences tied to agriculture, science, and community engagement.
