LDI - Smith Center, KS is seeking a skilled Parts Counter Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage inventory, assist customers by phone, walk-ins, and internal shops, and drive parts sales with a professional approach.

The role requires knowledge of agricultural equipment and diesel engines, plus proficiency with CDK Global and AGCO tools. Valid license and background checks apply.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years progressive experience in farm equipment, diesel truck, or automotive operations preferred.
• Related mechanical repair experience will be considered.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Pre-employment drug screen, MVR, and background check required.

Responsabilités

• Inventory management.
• Increase Parts Sales.
• Fill parts orders via phone, walk-in customers, and internal shop.
• Maintain positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
• Prepare new equipment prior to initial customer delivery.
• Other duties as assigned.
