Bish Enterprises is seeking a proactive, organized Sales Team Coordinator to support the sales team in Giltner, Nebraska. This on-site role involves hands-on sales support, customer service, and coordinating active tasks to keep quotes, orders, and communications moving smoothly.

The position requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to travel for trade shows and events. A company laptop may be provided for business use, and normal hours are on-site Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Requires strong customer-service skills and professional communication.
• Demonstrates ability to organize priorities and coordinate multiple tasks.
• Experience with CRM and sales-support processes preferred.
• Proficient with standard office software (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Willingness to travel for trade shows, events and customer meetings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities of the sales team and monitor assignments.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales documents using approved pricing.
• Enter and maintain orders and customer information in company systems.
• Communicate updates and timelines to customers and team members.
• Support trade shows, events, and customer demonstrations.
• Assist with onboarding and training coordination for new team members.
