Job summary

Colorado State University is seeking a temporary coordinator for The Semilla Project (TSP) at CSU Spur to support high school visits and student interns. The role requires driving to Spur, coordinating with partners, and managing marketing materials.

The position runs from 9/23/2024 to 5/30/2025 with a hybrid work arrangement and a starting pay of 25.00 hourly. Applicants should be willing to lift up to 30 lbs and have a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Ability to work from CSU Spur campus.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have a valid drivers license.
• Ability to lift up to 30lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee high school visits at Spur to ensure a quality experience and tour.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive to Spur campus for each visit.
• Collaborate with workshop presenters, TSP Partners, and Spur staff to help coordinate the visit.
• Support student interns.
• Manage inventory of TSP marketing materials.
