Qualifications

• BA/BS in Finance or Accounting required.
• 3–6 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting.
• Strong Excel modeling and GAAP knowledge.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support planning/forecasting monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles.
• Review equipment replacement cycles, including repair costs and downtime.
• Create and distribute timely reporting of actual vs budget/forecast.
• Provide variance analysis to support management decisions.
• Develop Power BI dashboards linking operational and financial data.
• Build data pipelines integrating ERP (SAP) and field data for reporting.
• Track KPIs like equipment utilization and harvest performance.
