Job summary

Florida Crystals Corporation seeks a Senior Financial Analyst in Belle Glade, FL to drive budgeting, forecasting, and monthly close for agriculture operations and related services. You will build and maintain Power BI dashboards, perform variance analysis, and develop data pipelines from ERP (SAP) and field data to support management decisions in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Finance or Accounting.
• 3-6 years of experience in financial analysis/accounting.
• Strong proficiency with Excel including financial modeling and pivot tables.
• GAAP knowledge.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems desirable.
• Power BI experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support planning/forecasting process on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Review equipment to determine optimal replacement cycles, including repair costs and downtime.
• Leverage ERP systems to create and distribute reporting of actual performance vs budget/forecast.
• Provide variance commentary to support management decisions.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and general planning support as needed.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards connecting operational and financial data.
• Develop data pipelines integrating SAP, telematics, and field data into reporting.
• Track and report on operational KPIs including equipment utilization and maintenance costs.
