Job summary

AgCredit is seeking an Account Officer in Findlay, OH to evaluate financial status, structure loans, and provide tailored agricultural lending solutions. You will work with the marketing team to grow the client base and participate in local agri-business activities.

As part of AgCredit, you will travel to meet clients on-site, build trusted relationships, and help drive community engagement while supporting sound lending practices across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, Economics, or Finance.
• 2–3 years of agricultural lending sales or marketing experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with financial databases and spreadsheets.
• Ability to travel and engage with clients on-site to evaluate operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage loan portfolio: structure credit, review financial statements, and assess applicants’ financial status for loan approvals.
• Provide customer service excellence by building relationships and advising clients on financial solutions.
• Drive business development by generating leads and expanding the client base.
• Represent AgCredit at local agriculture events to foster community relationships.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth loan processing and office operations.
