Job summary

Oklahoma AgCredit is seeking a Loan Processing Specialist to prepare and finalize loan documents, coordinate closings, and disburse funds. The role supports staff and external partners to ensure accurate documents and timely funding.

Responsibilities

• Prepares Preliminary and Closing loan documents for Association according to loan type.
• Identifies missing items or information and coordinates with Loan Officers to ensure documents are complete before closing.
• Coordinates loan closing information with Lending Officers, Title Companies, and Closing Agents; handles title work, fees, and logistics.
• Requests corrections on documents from external sources (closing companies or attorney offices).
• Books loans in loan origination system and disburses funds upon approval.
• Backs up teammates by posting payments, answering phones, and assisting customers when needed.
