You will lead a team, manage budgets, and implement efficiency initiatives, with a salary range of $35,000 to $48,150 plus comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan with employer matching, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in farm management.
• Experience with sustainable farming practices is a plus.
