Job summary

Farm Credit East offers a 10-week summer internship across the Northeast, giving hands-on experience in financial services, credit, and crop insurance. Interns work with professionals, visit customers, and complete a strategic project presented to leaders at the end of the program.

Locations include multiple offices in NY, VT, CT, ME and NJ, with a pay rate of $21/hour and strict commitment to equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing junior year with graduation date December 2027 or May 2028.
• GPA minimum 3.0.
• Enrolled in a relevant bachelor’s or master’s program.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned strategic project and present to executive leadership.
• Learn about and assist tasks in credit, tax and accounting, appraisal, crop insurance, among others.
• Participate in customer visits and job shadow professionals.
• Travel to different regions within the FCE territory.
