Qualifications

• BA/BS in Finance or Accounting.

• Strong proficiency with Excel, including financial modeling and pivot tables.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems desirable.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting and forecasting processes on monthly, quarterly, and annual bases.
• Review general ledger and perform variance analysis against budget/forecast.
• Develop and maintain data dashboards (Power BI) linking operational and financial data.
• Provide variance commentary to assist management decisions.
• Create data pipelines integrating ERP (SAP) and field data for reporting.
• Collaborate with multiple departments and explain results clearly.
