AGRICULTURE EQUIPMENT FIELD MECHANIC / TECHNICIAN

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As a Field Mechanic, you will work on agricultural equipment at customer locations to ensure their equipment operates efficiently and maximizes uptime. Picture yourself traveling in a fully equipped Pape’ service vehicle, performing quality work on equipment, engaging with customers, and ensuring they can rely on you to get the job done right.

WHAT YOU NEED:

• 3 or more years of experience diagnosing and repairing heavy equipment, preferably agricultural equipment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
• A valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Must provide your own tools.

Compensation:

$33-44/hr (Depending on Experience)
