You will manage quotes, orders in CRM, and stock movements, while coordinating with Engineering, Production, Purchasing, and Shipping to ensure accurate fulfillment. A passion for agriculture and hands-on inventory care are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, inside sales, order desk, or material handling experience.
• High School Diploma required; degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; able to operate company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to walk-in, phone, and email inquiries from customers, dealers, sales representatives, and service personnel.
• Build strong, long-term customer and dealer relationships with attentive service and clear communication.
• Provide dedicated support to ETE and PCS dealer networks to grow their business through reliable service and order assistance.
• Assist customers with parts identification, product selection, basic technical troubleshooting, and guidance on equipment lines.
• Prepare accurate quotations, sales orders, and parts recommendations; maintain CRM records.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Purchasing, Service, and Shipping for precise order fulfillment.
• Monitor orders and product deliveries, keeping customers informed throughout the cycle.
• Process customer orders and ensure items are packed according to specifications for shipment.
• Update stock levels and track product movements in inventory systems.
