Job summary

Mechanics Hub in Minnesota is seeking Agriculture Technicians for shop and field roles to support customers around Goodhue County. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain a diverse range of AG equipment, including tractors, spreaders, and implements.

This role requires 4+ years of experience and valid driver's license, with OEM certifications a plus. We offer a starting rate of $45/hour based on experience, benefits, 401K, and opportunities for career development.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of heavy-duty construction or agricultural equipment diagnostic, repair, and maintenance experience.
• OEM certifications are assets but not required.
• Diesel engine maintenance and repair experience.
• Hydraulic and electrical component maintenance, replacement, and repair experience.
• Experience with AC is preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Own tools required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain agricultural equipment in shop and in the field.
• Service customers near Goodhue County, Minnesota.
• Utilize OEM diagnostic software to troubleshoot faults.
• Work independently and as part of a team to ensure quality workmanship.

Agriculture Technicians are needed for shop and field roles, to join a growing team to service customers near Goodhue County, Minnesota.
