Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year proven mechanical experience with agricultural or turf equipment repair.
• Aptitude with diagnostic tools and strong mechanical troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on ag and turf equipment.
• Perform repairs, preventative and scheduled maintenance, and warranty work.
• Use diagnostic tools and service software to troubleshoot problems.
• Complete work orders and documentation accurately.
• Maintain mobile service vehicle inventory and cleanliness.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to customers and service support.

Our Service Department in Rogers, MN is seeking a dedicated mechanic to join our team! This role is responsible for performing diagnostics, service, and repairs on ag and turf equipment.
