Job summary

Minnesota Equipment in Rogers, MN is seeking a dedicated service mechanic to join our team. You will diagnose, service, and repair agricultural and turf equipment including tractors, mowers, and small engines in a full-time role.

Starting pay ranges from $25 to $30 per hour with commission eligibility on labor performance. You will work with diagnostic tools and service software, maintain the vehicle and uphold safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year proven mechanical experience with agricultural or turf equipment repair.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on equipment
• Perform repairs, preventative maintenance, scheduled maintenance, inspections, and warranty work on a variety of equipment
• Use diagnostic tools and service software to troubleshoot problems
• Conduct equipment inspections and testing to ensure proper operation
• Complete work orders, service reports, and documentation accurately
• Communicate service findings and recommendations to service support and customers
• Maintain mobile service vehicle inventory, tools, and cleanliness
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
