Job summary

Farmer Veteran Coalition seeks a Service Manager to grow service revenue and profitability while delivering top-tier after-sales support. You will lead daily operations for ag equipment service, coordinating shop and field work, and ensuring warranty compliance.

A strong focus on customer satisfaction and team development is essential. The role requires prior field service experience, leadership skills, and the ability to train staff.

Qualifications

• Two year Ag Diesel Technical Degree preferred.
• 5+ years in a field service technician role.
• Experience troubleshooting methods and tools.
• Ability to train and develop personnel.
• Knowledge of CLAAS machinery a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and oversee service operations for shop and field techs.
• Direct, manage and develop technicians to ensure quality.
• Manage warranty program and document claims.
• Prepare service reports for warranty submissions.
• Hire, train and appraise staff; coach for performance.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and resolve disputes.
• Travel as needed; maintain professionalism and safety compliance.
