Job summary

Parallel Ag is seeking a Service Professional in Marshall, MO to perform scheduled service, repair, and field support for commercial farming equipment. You will maintain customer relations and collaborate with other departments to uphold our service standards.

Qualified candidates typically have a HS diploma or GED (associates or higher preferred) and diesel mechanic experience. Tools are personal; extended hours and weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; 2 years diesel mechanic experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills for customer and co-worker interactions.
• Ability to manage multiple work orders and extended hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain diesel engines and agricultural equipment.
• Diagnose engine problems and repair or overhaul engines or related components.
• Explain diagnosis and repair steps clearly to customers when needed.
• Respond promptly to customer needs and assist or manage difficult situations.
• Maintain safety and quality standards in a shop environment.
