Job summary

Homan Inc. in Milroy, Indiana, is seeking an Ag Sales Representative to drive inside and outside sales for the Eastern Indiana and Western Ohio territory.

The role focuses on establishing new accounts, servicing existing customers, and supporting the General Manager on projects and targets. You will build strong relationships with farms and agricultural facilities, quote prices for projects and equipment, and provide service and parts support during site visits and at walk-in locations.

Responsibilities

• Sales and relationship role responsible for establishing new accounts and maintaining and servicing existing accounts.
• Assist General Manager with job duties/ projects/ sale targets
• Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations
• Quote project and equipment prices to customers
• Provide service and customer support during visits to farms and agriculture facilities as well as assist walk-in customers with sales needs and parts when available.
• Attend periodic trade shows and vendor training sessions as needed

Homan Inc. is a family-owned business since 1958 with locations in Maria Stein, OH and Milroy, IN. The experienced staff serves the agriculture industry in the design, construction and equipment installation on livestock and grain facilities. They provide complete parts and service in the swine, dairy, beef and poultry fields as well as grain systems.

Homan Inc. is currently seeking an Ag Sales Representative in our Milroy, IN office, serving our Eastern Indiana and Western Ohio Territory. The Sales Position will be responsible for Inside and Outside Sales as needed.
