• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Finance, Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field preferred.
• Agricultural experience is required.
• No prior banking or lending experience is required—we'll provide comprehensive training and mentorship.
• Strong analytical and attention to detail skills.
• Strong interest in sales with ability to identify opportunities and connect customers with financial solutions.
• Excellent communication and enjoys building relationships and pursuing business opportunities.
• A passion for supporting local communities and helping agricultural businesses succeed.

Responsibilities

• Be a Trusted Advisor: Develop lasting relationships with farmers, producers, and agribusiness owners by learning about their operations and understanding their financial goals.
• Learn Agricultural Lending: Work alongside experienced lenders who will mentor you in loan origination, credit analysis, underwriting, and portfolio management.
• Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with our Credit Administration team to ensure loans are structured in a way that benefits both the customer and the bank, while maintaining compliance with regulations.
• Make a Difference: Conduct on-site visits to understand your customers’ operations, verify collateral, and ensure the success of existing credits.
