H2ajobs in Texas is hiring for agricultural labor, performing load/unload, equipment operation, and warehouse duties under varying weather conditions. You may move seed bags and pallets, conduct inventory, and keep the facility clean.

Employer-provided housing and meals are included, with transportation provided and meals available (kitchen facilities). Training is provided; start times vary with shipping volume.

Qualifications

• No experience required; employer will train.
• Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather and on warehouse surfaces.
• Ability to lift and move heavy loads up to 75 lbs.

Load/unload agriculture products onto trucks; perform physical labor under varying weather conditions; perform duties related to the maintenance of the warehouse and grounds; operate and/or maintain vehicles, equipment, and machinery such as palletizers, shrink wrap machines, bagging equipment, lift, forklifts; move seed bags/pallets through the warehouse; conduct inventory counts; tag and bag seed in various weights up to 3000# per pallet; perform physical labor such as digging, shoveling, and cleaning; transport seed; examine and remove debris from seed; maintain the cleanliness of the warehouse building sand equipment; general agricultural duties.

Meals:

Employer will furnish free and convenient cooking and kitchen facilities so that the workers may prepare their own meals. Employer will provide(on a voluntary basis) transportation for workers to and from a store at least once a week for supplies. In the event kitchen facilities become unavailable during the contract period, employer will provide three daily meals in accordance with 20 CFR 655.122(g).

Transport:

Transportation Provided. After worker has completed 50% of the work contract period, the employer shall reimburse the worker for reasonable costs incurred by the worker for transportation and daily subsistence from the place from which the worker has come to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract, employer will pay reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence from the place of employment to the place from which the worker departed to work for the employer, except
