Ag-Pro Companies in Cleveland, TN is seeking a skilled Service Technician to diagnose and repair John Deere equipment. The role includes mentoring junior technicians, supporting customer clinics, and ensuring accurate time and work order documentation.

Applicants should have 3+ years of service experience, a basic toolset, and a clean driving record. Knowledge of Service ADVISOR and maintenance procedures is preferred. This is a full-time, on-site position at our Cleveland location.

Competenze

High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
3+ years of service repair experience with diagnostic and repair tools.
Experience with John Deere equipment or similar heavy equipment is a plus.

Mansioni

Performs diagnostics and repairs on John Deere equipment and technology.
Mentors Service Technician Trainees and Service Technicians.
Conducts or supports customer clinics.
Accountable for billable time and assigned work orders.
Responsible for documentation of diagnostics and repairs on work orders and timely submittal of information.
May participate in Service EDUCATE Training programs for skill development.
Operates and maintains vehicles, tools and equipment required to perform job responsibilities.
Maintains a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
Follows safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments.
Maintains knowledge of John Deere and competitive products.
