Job summary

Tractor Central, LLC. is seeking a Sales person for our Granton location to grow our agricultural equipment business and build lasting customer relationships. You will sell new and used equipment, parts, and service while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

Applicants should have 1-2 years in equipment sales or related fields, with knowledge of farming practices and the ability to explain financing options. A valid driver’s license with insurable record is required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years equipment sales experience or Ag related field preferred.
• Knowledge of agricultural equipment and farming or operational practices preferred.
• Ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions.
• Ability to clearly explain financing options to customers is vital.

Responsibilities

• Sell new and used equipment, parts, and service in a professional manner.
• Build, grow, and maintain strong customer relationships and monitor those relationships throughout customer interface with all departments of Tractor Central.
• Provide superior customer service and offer smart, efficient solutions that result in exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Conducts new equipment field demonstrations.
• Maintains current knowledge of financing options.

Tractor Central is Western Wisconsin's leader in John Deere agricultural equipment. We are currently accepting applicants for a Sales person to add to the team at our Granton location.
