What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Lead and mentor an operations team for assigned projects or work events
2. Conduct daily inspections and perform preventative maintenance on trucks and equipment
3. Ensure compliance with all DOT, state, local, and in-house regulations
4. Manage the loading, unloading, and timely delivery of materials to designated locations
5. Maintain operation records and enforce safety procedures on the job site

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
2. At least 2 years of relevant experience
3. Valid Driver’s License with a safe driving record (no serious tickets or accidents in the last 5 years)
4. Experience in making minor repairs and adjustments to operating equipment
5. Basic proficiency in computer operation and electronic controls
