A leading agricultural equipment dealership in Hoxie, Kansas is seeking an Integrated Solutions Specialist to collaborate with the sales team and deliver exceptional customer service. The role involves performing diagnostics and repairs on agricultural equipment, particularly within John Deere technologies. Successful candidates will have 3+ years of experience in the agricultural sector, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to lift substantial weight. Qualifications

• 3+ years of agricultural experience, preferably with John Deere.
• Ability to lift at least 75 lbs. repeatedly.
• Valid driver’s license required; CDL and forklift license preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform complex on-site diagnostics and repairs on agricultural equipment.
• Promote and sell dealer service programs directly to customers.
• Complete reports and forms required in conjunction with work assignments.

Connaissances

Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills

Expert knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems

Ability to perform complex repairs

Ability to use Service Advisor

Ability to operate diagnostic vehicles and equipment

Formation

High school diploma or equivalent

Associates degree preferred
