C & B Operations, a John Deere dealer network, is seeking a Sales Representative in Pipestone, MN. You will develop relationships, manage the sales pipeline, and conduct new equipment demonstrations to help customers choose solutions.

The position requires at least 3 years of outside sales experience, strong communication and presentation skills, and a willingness to travel across the territory. Base salary plus commission with a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.

• At least 3 years of outside sales experience.
• Experience winning new business in competitive environments.
• Strong communication and sales presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel across the assigned sales territory.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsabilités

• Develop relationships and expand customer pipelines.
• Implement strategies to increase sales and profit by prospecting within the defined territory.
• Create customer specific proposals based on detailed needs analysis.
• Conduct market research to produce competitive comparisons.
• Develop and maintain expertise on industry trends and best practices.
• Maintains sales management information for all customers in the assigned territory.
• Maintains assigned company vehicles and equipment.
• Conducts new equipment field demonstrations.
• Monitors trends in customer’s business activities and provides timely communication to management.
• Maintains current knowledge of used equipment values and has the ability to evaluate equipment properly for trading purposes.
• Maintains current knowledge of financing options to assist customers with securing the purchase of new and used goods.
• Attends applicable sales training events/seminars.
