Rain for Rent is seeking a Divisional Manager to lead the Agribusiness Sales and Operations across multiple branches. You will shape strategic direction, collaborate with the EVP of Branch Operations & Sales, and drive safety, sales, operational, and financial objectives.

You will manage a high-performing team, oversee budgeting and profitability, and build strong client relationships while ensuring regulatory compliance.
