Job summary

Infosys Manufacturing seeks a Domain Project Lead 2 to drive complex client projects in manufacturing domains. You will align objectives with business goals, manage cross-functional teams, and engage stakeholders across supply chain, IT, and finance.

You will lead planning, budgeting, and governance while delivering innovative solutions, benchmarking, and rigorous change management to achieve client outcomes at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required; three years of progressive experience may substitute.
• Must be willing to relocate or travel to project locations.
• Candidates authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship are welcome; visa sponsorship is not provided.
• Deep knowledge of Agri and FnB planning, order management, procurement, processing and manufacturing, retail, commodity trading, finance integration, operations performance management.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery in collaboration with stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates to ensure alignment and transparency
• Drive process improvement by reviewing project deliverables and incorporating innovative methodologies related to product research and benchmarking studies, system configurations and assessment of new technologies
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes
• Develop and manage project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation for efficiency
• Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with client needs and organizational capabilities
• Engage in planning resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development to enhance team effective
• Lead scope changes and manage client requirements, ensuring proper estimation, approval, and contractual updates

In the assigned Job Role of Domain Project Lead 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

Required Skill And Experience

• Deep functional and related IT knowledge of Agri and FnB planning, order management, procurement, processing and manufacturing, retail, commodity trading, finance integration, operations performance management
• Strong program and product management leadership from strategy, process design, solution architecture, implementation, and adoption
• Executive advisory, stakeholder alignment, workshop facilitation, and complex decision support
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across business/tech teams
• Strong background in product management, portfolio strategy, and market analysis
• Familiarity with product management tools
• Program governance, business-case development, benefits tracking, issue resolution, and delivery risk management
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams across supply chain, IT, finance, sales, and operations
• Knowledge in food traceability and provenance, FSMA / FDA regulations, CBP / FTZ regulations, ASCM supply chain frameworks and assessments
• Minimum commodities coverage – Grains and Oilseeds, Veg Oils, Cotton, Sugar, Coffee

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
