Infosys Limited seeks a Domain Project Lead 2 for our Manufacturing unit in the US to drive supply chain initiatives across Automotive, Aerospace, Defense, and Industrial sectors. You will define project scope, manage budgets, and lead cross-functional teams delivering innovative digital solutions.

You will engage with CXO-level stakeholders, shape proposals, and ensure alignment with client strategies while leveraging AI-enabled SCM capabilities for enterprise-scale impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.
• Experience in supply chain advisory/consulting and CXO level interactions.
• Exposure to AI in SCM and related technologies is desirable.
• Experience in pre-sales/sales activities and solutioning.
• Willingness to relocate and travel for work/projects in the US.
• Authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

In the assigned Job Role of Domain Project Lead 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery in collaboration with stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates to ensure alignment and transparency
• Drive process improvement by reviewing project deliverables and incorporating innovative methodologies related to product research and benchmarking studies, system configurations and assessment of new technologies
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes
• Develop and manage project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation for efficiency
• Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with client needs and organizational capabilities
• Engage in planning resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development to enhance team effective
• Lead scope changes and manage client requirements, ensuring proper estimation, approval, and contractual updates

Required Skill and Experience

• Domain: Industrial Manufacturing
• Strong proficiency across the Supply Chain Management processes and related best practices is necessary. Strong experience in any of the supply chain sub-domains like Planning, Sourcing and Procurement, Logistics, Warehousing and Transport management including inventory management is a must.
• Should have worked in the Supply chain advisory/consulting, including technology/digital transformations, along with exposure to CXO level interactions OR Experience in driving supply chain transformation initiatives across large organization at a global scale is preferred. Experience of playing BA (Business Analyst)/PO (Product Owner)/PM (Product Manager)/Functional Consultant in such transformations is preferred.
• Experience of participating pre-sales/sales activities (pitches, solutioning, proposals, presentations etc) is desirable.
• Familiarity with COTS products like Kinaxis, E2Open, O9, SAP IBP, Blue Yonder is desirable.
• Exposure to/appreciation of AI possibilities, potential and practicalities in the Supply Chain Management domain is desirable.

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
