Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services, public administration, social work, or related field.
• Experience in aging services, community outreach, or program administration is preferred.
• Experience with federal or state grant programs (OAA preferred).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Title IIIB Supportive Services in NKADD region.
• Monitor senior center operations for compliance with OAA and DAIL requirements.
• Deliver outreach and community engagement activities to increase awareness and access.
• Develop presentations for community groups, local governments, and partners.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with stakeholders to expand service reach.
• Prepare reports and monitoring tools to support oversight and performance tracking.
• Track outreach activities and outcomes in alignment with DAIL requirements.
