Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and four years relevant program experience.
• Master's degree and clinical research certification (SOCRA/ACRP) strongly preferred.
• Experience in aging or Alzheimer's disease human subjects research preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational oversight for aging research studies from startup to closeout.
• Monitor study progress, regulatory compliance, and data integrity across projects.
• Lead staffing, recruitment, onboarding, training, and professional development.
• Oversee IRB submissions, protocol amendments, continuing reviews, audits, and sponsor communications.
• Support grants lifecycle, including budgeting, justifications, and invoicing approvals.
