• Analyze fully executed CTAs and translate payment terms into study team tracking templates to support sponsor invoicing.
• Manage post-award activities including resubmissions, no-cost extensions, and non-competing applications; oversee procurement and reimbursements.
• Compliance: monitor budgets and expenditures to ensure alignment with grant guidelines and approvals.
