Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and four years relevant program experience.
• Master's degree and SOCRA/ACRP certification strongly preferred.
• Experience with aging/Alzheimer's human subjects research advantageous.
• Ability to coordinate diverse administrative management functions and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• 30% - Leadership and Operations: strategic and operational oversight for aging studies; drive program planning and coordination.
• 25% - Project Management: oversee study databases, timelines, and performance metrics; support data-driven decisions.
• 20% - Personnel Management: supervise staff; oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and development.
• 15% - Regulatory Compliance and QA: manage IRB submissions, protocol amendments, and audits; ensure regulatory compliance.
• 10% - Grants and Financial Support: assist with proposal development, budgets, and budget justifications.
