Qualifications

• Ability to review and validate AI-assisted insights before use, understanding data sensitivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach teams to adopt and implement agile methodologies and promote open communication.
• Use AI capabilities to accelerate delivery insights and operational planning, ensuring data handling compliance.
• Communicate organizational impediments to leadership using advanced facilitation skills.
• Develop and implement short- to mid-term transformation plans, prioritizing tasks and resources.
• Identify trends and contribute to policy development and best practices.
• Promote standardized, AI-assisted continuous improvement practices with reusable templates.
