The role emphasizes hands-on software engineering, architectural oversight, and leadership by influence in a non-managerial capacity, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality solutions and scalable systems.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Experience as a team lead, tech lead, or similar leadership role in an agile environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Proven experience with modern engineering patterns, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps/DevSecOps practices.
• Proficiency in .NET, C#, REST APIs, SQL, and modern front-end frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the technical delivery of an agile engineering pod within the Data Applications value stream.
• Collaborate with product leadership to co-own the roadmap and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Provide direction, technical leadership, and oversight for technology capabilities.
• Lead by influence in a non-managerial role, helping structure and monitor work per Agile principles.
• Promote engineering best practices in architecture, delivery, and collaboration.
